ABOUT TAE-KIDDO (6-10 years old)

Introduce your child to Tae Kiddo—a unique program designed to build strong minds, active bodies, and confident spirits!

Tailored specifically for young children, Tae Kiddo seamlessly blends the structure and discipline of Tae Kwon Do and Karate with the fun, energetic movements of cardio kickboxing. Your child will practice real self-defense techniques and coordination through exciting games and music. Because we care about holistic development, we conclude each class with gentle breathwork, meditation, and a meaningful "Message of the Day."

Our female instructor, Kim, brings over 20 years of martial arts experience as a Tae Kwon Do black belt, certified kickboxing expert, and licensed Zumba instructor.

Full and partial scholarships are available to help make this program accessible to all families, please apply below

Rising Athlete Sponsorship Program

Offering free, personalized training sessions for exceptional young athletes looking to up their game.

Our first year was a success and we’re excited to be in year two! Applications are open.

Our program is designed to honor and build upon an intention Zach was passionate about – giving young athletes with immense potential the support they need to take their abilities and their performance to the next level. The program provides free, ongoing, holistic training for young athletes. This support is both financial and programmatic and designed for elementary and middle to early high school aged athletes who possess standout talent, high motivation to succeed, and who demonstrate need for this program.
